Genetics

To achieve this, the plant must be cultivated to its full potential, a process that often involves multiple harvests. Each harvest provides valuable insights into how the plant responds to subtle adjustments in the growing environment, allowing us to optimize conditions and fully realize the plant's capabilities.

Grow
We cultivate our plants to their fullest potential, ensuring branches are carefully supported to prevent colas from coming into contact. Our primary focus is trichome farming, avoiding any practices or substances that could compromise their quality. Harvest timing is meticulously determined by assessing trichome ripeness. When the plants are ready, we harvest with precision, removing large leaves before promptly freezing the buds to preserve their integrity.

Bubble Hash
The frozen buds undergo an ice water wash, where the cold water helps loosen trichome heads and stalks, enabling them to detach easily from the plant material. Gentle water agitation facilitates the separation of trichomes and stalks, which are then carried in the trichome-rich ice water. This mixture is poured over a series of stacked micron screens, each designed to capture trichomes and stalks of varying sizes. At this stage, the highest-quality hash, suitable for vape production, is carefully selected. The selected hash is then meticulously collected and freeze-dried to preserve its purity and quality.

Rosin
The dried bubble hash is carefully removed from the freeze dryer, sifted, and prepared for the next stage of processing. The sifted hash is packed into a set of micron bags, ready for the rosin press. This press uses precisely controlled heated plates to extract the rosin. The micron bag filled with hash is placed on parchment paper and positioned between the plates. The hash is gently preheated before being subjected to specific pressure for a designated time, allowing the rosin to flow out for collection.
The extracted rosin is transferred into jars and undergoes a cold cure process. During this stage, the jars are kept at temperatures below 55°F, allowing the terpenes to gradually separate from the rosin. Once the cure is complete, the rosin is whipped and blended to ensure a uniform texture. It then enters the decarboxylation process, preparing it for use. Once fully processed, the rosin is ready to fill vape cartridges.
